Managing the Process

All Client requests and enquiries will be acknowledged on receipt, with all comments in communications logs, telephone calls and emails answered quickly and courteously. Out of normal office hours, a manager's phone number will be provided.

All requests and enquiries will be recorded, tracked and monitored to ensure our promises are delivered. Regular management meetings will be held to review Site Assessments. These are completed at each client's site every 4 weeks, this is to ensure that:

  • Works are completed to the Clients satisfaction.
  • Our Health and Safety, Environmental and Customer Care Policies are being adhered to
  • Standards are being kept continually high
  • That staffing levels are high and training requirements are up to date.

Audit and Review

In order to monitor and evaluate our services, all the above processes are reviewed every 4 weeks to ensure we are meeting our standards. We welcome your comments; please let us know about your experience of the services we provide.
